These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LATENTFORM website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or purchasing from LATENTFORM, you agree to these Terms.

Actual prints may vary slightly in colour, tone, scale, and finish due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and materials.

1. Overview

LATENTFORM is a fine art print platform created by Brannon Jackson, offering photographic works for purchase worldwide.

2. Products & Editions

All works are sold as originals. 

Each print may be numbered and/or signed

Edition sizes are fixed once released (Unless a custom order is placed) 

Availability is subject to stock and edition limits

LATENTFORM reserves the right to update or discontinue works at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase

Orders are confirmed once payment is received

LATENTFORM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped globally

Shipping times may vary depending on location

LATENTFORM is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fine art prints, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

The item arrives damaged

The incorrect item was received

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, prints, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Brannon Jackson unless otherwise stated.

Purchases do not grant reproduction rights

Prints may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission

7. Use of Website

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

Copy or misuse content without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

LATENTFORM is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Losses resulting from misuse of the Service

Delays or failures outside of reasonable control

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected is used solely for order fulfilment and communication.
LATENTFORM does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required to complete services (e.g., shipping providers).
