Welcome to LATENTFORM.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LATENTFORM website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or purchasing from LATENTFORM, you agree to these Terms.

DISCLAIMER:
All images shown are for illustrative purposes only. Print mockups are used to represent how artworks may appear in a space.
Actual prints may vary slightly in colour, tone, scale, and finish due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and materials.

1. Overview

LATENTFORM is a fine art print platform created by Brannon Jackson, offering photographic works for purchase worldwide.

2. Products & Editions

Prints are open edition. They are not numbered and are not released in limited runs.

Every print is supplied with a signed certificate of authenticity and a holographic seal.

Prints are made to order in the sizes and finishes selected at checkout.

Framing is optional and is built to order. Framed prints ship within Australia; unframed prints ship worldwide.

LATENTFORM reserves the right to update or discontinue works at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase

Orders are confirmed once payment is received

LATENTFORM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped globally

Shipping times may vary depending on location

LATENTFORM is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

If your print arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email latentformprints@gmail.com with photographs as soon as you can and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Telling us promptly helps us resolve it quickly and raise it with the courier, but it does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Because every print is made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

Copyright in each work stays with the artist who made it: Brannon Jackson in his own photographs, and each featured artist in theirs. The LATENTFORM name, branding and website content remain the property of LATENTFORM.

Purchases do not grant reproduction rights

Prints may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission

7. Use of Website

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

Copy or misuse content without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:

Indirect or consequential damages

Losses resulting from misuse of the Service

Delays or failures outside of reasonable control

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected is used solely for order fulfilment and communication.
LATENTFORM does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required to complete services (e.g., shipping providers).

10. Changes to Terms

LATENTFORM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
