All artworks, photographs, and visual works released under LATENTFORM are the original creations of Brannon Jackson and selected artists.

Copyright in each work stays with the artist who made it. Brannon Jackson holds copyright in his own photographs; each featured artist holds copyright in theirs. LATENTFORM is the platform through which those works are printed and sold, not their owner.

Brannon Jackson & selected artists retain full and exclusive copyright ownership of all released works.
The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or licensing rights to the buyer.

No work may be reproduced, duplicated, scanned, distributed, edited, transmitted or used in any form - digital, commercial, editorial or promotional - without written permission from the artist who holds copyright in it.

Fine art prints produced under LATENTFORM are sold for personal display and collection purposes only.

Any unauthorised reproduction, duplication, or commercial use of these works is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and corresponding international law.

LATENTFORM operates as the official fine art print platform for the photographic works of Brannon Jackson and selected artists.
