You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up to date.

If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, you can do so by sending an email to latentformprints@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Once your order has been dispatched, the address cannot be altered and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
Shipping Estimates
For customers located in Australia or New Zealand, prints are estimated to arrive within 5-10 business days from date of pickup.
LATENTFORM accepts returns for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact LATENTFORM within 7 days with photos of the issue, and a refund or replacement will be arranged.
For change of mind or incorrect order, LATENTFORM does not offer returns.
All sales are final once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
